About Me

Resilience does not mean being free from hardship; rather, it often arises from facing and overcoming difficult times. To be resilient, one must confront stressful situations and learn from the pain and challenges encountered along the way.

So, why me?

My own journey of Triumph began in childhood, marked by experiences of abandonment and abuse from those I trusted. These challenges taught me the importance of setting boundaries and elevating my standards for who I allow into my life. It took over a decade for me to confront my fears, shame, and guilt, ultimately overcoming the negative self-perception that had held me back.

As part of my healing process, I made the difficult decision to distance myself from familiar relationships, including family and friends I had known for years. In their place, I embraced practices such as gratitude, forgiveness, and meditation while sharing my story through writing and speaking engagements. I have also dedicated myself to helping others navigate conflict in their relationships with family, friends, significant others, and, most importantly, themselves. Feelings of being stuck, alone, unworthy, and burdened by shame and guilt can lead us to places we never want to go.

If my journey resonates with you,

I encourage you to reach out for a conversation. I believe that we are unbreakable, and by building resilience and shifting our mindset to focus on what truly matters, we can grow in wisdom, strength, and courage, ultimately becoming limitless.

I've repaired relationship with my family because of the coaching from Joan. I have built healthy habits from what I have learned from being coached and I am applying them in other aspects of my life. It would have continued to have cost my happiness , a damage relationship with my sister. To me you can't put a value on that. I'm forever grateful for the support.
